    Default Looking for Tailgunner 1

    If anyone is looking to part with a tailgunner 1. I am interested and not picky about color. Thanks for the help.

    I know it’s not the same, but Mountainsmith lumbar packs fit the Kifaru Omni belt including the load adjuster straps.

    They’re cheaper and readily available.

    Or, you're back to the HPG M2016 for a similar, (but not as cool, in my opinion) lumbar rig. My complaint with the HPG design is the same as with the TG2: I hate the clamshell opening....

    Those TG1s have a LOT of sewing going into them. I'd speculate the margins from sales weren't fabulous.

    Thanks guy. I've seen those but I'm trying to use this for work and really like top opening design. And the size of the pack. Haven't really found anything comparable with size and functionality.

    This doesn't strike me as quite as good as the TG1, but, it's US Made and Tactical Tailor's stuff that I've used is solid. It looks to be similar (probably smaller) size/shape/opening, albeit with an integrated belt.
