Never cared for the Blue Force Sling. The 2-pt Viking Tactical is my choice tor a tac sling. On a hunting rifle I'd use a Ching Sling carried "African", IE muzzle down, support side shoulder unless the rifle's length prohibited this. Employment will be just as fast as a tac sling, maybe a tad faster with practice.
