I always look forward to hearing from you Ermine, but must admit to this one taking me by surprise. Yet another wake-up call to cherish every moment.

It's obvious from the qualities you've exhibited here that your parents have done a lot of things right. And, from what I gather from Paul's input, your father has been and is an admirable source of strength and a force of good in his community.

May God bless and comfort you and your family. Hang in there.

Thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers. I didn't post to make people feel sorry for me just so you guys know. Just that his Kifaru hat is so special to him and my old man is a special guy to me!

I am sorry for all of you that lost your dad too, or you wife in Phills situation.

Thanks again for you thoughts and prayers!

Tell your dad I love the hat!! Cancer is such an unfair thing. I think it has affected all of us one way or another. God bless all who have suffered from that horrible illness.

Good luck to you and your family Justin.

I'm sorry to hear that things have turned the wrong way. I remember your intitial post and have always wondered/hoped things were getting better.

Your dad sounds like a hell of a man. Enjoy your time with him.

Thanks for the pic's and the update. You'll be in my thoughts often as I wish the best for you and your family.
