Ultralight Color Question...

For those of us that don't want to look like we're on a Military OP would it be possible to get a nice Forest Green color?

Any plans for different colors?

From what I understand, Coyote Brown will be the only color. Patrick or Mel will correct me if I am wrong.

I really like the CB myself. If you get over to Helena, you are sure welcome to look, touch and try mine.

Which pack did you go with Ed?

The 5200 is the only UL pack that has ever gotten my attention... you pretty well know my thoughts on packs

Would add, my only question about the design is why the top lid straps buckle so low on the front of the pack? Seems a bit odd.

I have the 5200 and should have a 3700 soon.

Patrick can maybe better answer the buckle question, but I would say they are placed that low because when carrying the pack with small day hunt loads, they need to be that far down to secure the top lid. Otherwise they woun't be snug.

Hi Brad. Ed is right. The reason is to snug the lid down when carrying day loads.
