Here is my Zulu before a jump. The pouches are from EMDOM (more on those - click here (http://lightfighter.net/eve/ubb.x?a=tpc&s=7336015661&f=9046084761&m=627108975) )

The Zulu rigs just like old Alice with these pouches on - /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

nice set up. i'm just wondering why did you decide to girth hitch the lowering line around just one of the equipment retaining straps instead of both? is it because of where the buckles ended up? have you tried the airpac yet?

K7Z,

I know it doesn't look like it in the picture - but the lowering line is really going around both retaining straps - north to south - sorry it didn't show up better in the pic.

Moloch - shut yer suck you 7 jump chump /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif Ha ha - yeah, it rode great. I'll try to get some better pics next jump. Everything is very secure - even the C-bak and the other water bottles in the slot pockets (the tops were secured with snap links so the slot pocket contents didn't come flying out.

Have fun!

Not bad, that is about how our EMR's looked last winter. I decided that the Parchutist Drop Bag was a better option. It fit the EMR to a T. It will handle a Zulu even better. And then you don't need to worry about your pockets being cut when you become a Hung Jumper. Course most of us paratroopers are always hung jumpers. /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Exposed snap links, camelbak tube not stowed and shoulder straps not cinched! As a JM, I would have sent you to the back of the line trooper!
