I struggled with where to post this...Rendezvous or Backcountry Fishing. Matter of fact, I struggled with the whole post! It took me 30 years to catch my FIRST cutt in a certain little creek, and they are very RARE there. Then, at the Colorado Backcountry Rendezvous the Cutthroat Killer showed up and not only caught a nice one, he proceeded to EAT THE DAMN THING, celebrating and patting himself on the back the whole time. Cutthroat Killer, you're lucky I wasn't there...you would have seen the little guy go postal. Better sleep lightly at the rondy next spring...

Oh, all in fun, Joe. Congrats on using up all your luck in one day. This is by no means "my creek"...there's room for everyone. You'll be, oh let's see, about 55 when you catch your next one? ;)

He who shall not be named will forever more be known as Cut-throat Killer (CTK)! What makes it worse is this is probably the same cutt (because there are so few of them in this creek) I caught last year, in the same beaver pond and let him go. In hindsight; I suppose I let him go so he could get bigger and CTK could catch and eat him! You are welcome CTK! That said, he tasted WAAAAY better than brookies! LOL!

More incriminating evidence...
