The Power Pulls on my new KU 3700 don't work so swell. When you pull the strap they often cock sideways and bind up. Anyone noticed this? If so has anyone come up with a countermesure of modification to remedy this situation?

Odd for 2 threads to come up almost right after one another. Take a look here:

It's a little different than what Invisable described. The Problem is the same, but on the KU 3700 there is only one plastic loop. I was thinking that maybe I need to have a heavy piece of Nylon sewed on behind the loops to keep the belt from cocking forward at 90 degrees.

I bought a new dublex belt recently and had the exact problem. I would crank down and the powerpulls and it would bind. Here is a thread that showed the problem.

The problem turned out, that kiraru got a bad batch of foliage webbing. It wasnt stiff enough. They replaced the webbing on the belt and I havent had a problem. Contact Angie or Kevin. They seemed to know about the problem.

I noticed the 2" foliage webbing on my X-Ray order this time around was very... soft and pliable, compared to past orders. So does this mean those of us that have ordered packs with 2" foliage webbing recently should send it in?

I had a simalar issue with my power pull on my KU5200. The culprit was the stitching on the webbing came unraveled. I'm sending the belt bck to Kifaru for repair.
