Do anyone have any feedback on the pack?
What water system works the best with it?
I cant wait to use the gunbearer!!

Spooney, I have and love my day-stalker. I don't
profess to be a backpacking expert as most of my elk hunting is by horseback. But this little pack is as perfect as you could hope for. And most handy and comfortable as it gets. As for water, I use a platypus bladder, but keep it and the tube in an insulated pouch. This keeps it from freezin',and I don't mind getting it out when I want to wet my whistle. The carry handle is just the right size to slip over a saddlehorn, and easy to slip off and into when you bale off to get after 'em on foot. The only modification I've made was to get rid of the upper strap for the gunbearer and just run my rifle under the sternum strap. To me it is quicker and quieter and easier to squeeze that buckle than to pull the release strap. It's also more comfy to have yer gun cross-chest so it don't whack you in the ole cowboy hat.You may have to adjust the sternum for verticle once in while but no biggie. Hope I've helped a little. Enjoy that little pack.
