I'm just curious as to even a good guess as to the strength of the KU material is compared to the standard 1000D Cordura. I ask cuz on the E&E page, you can see the tucked away straps through the material, which has me rubbing my chin with a raised eyebrow. Hmmmm.... however I assume the straps are between the outer shell and liner. So what percentage of overall strength to you suppose the UL material has compared to the "standard" 1000D?

I have a doobie and its integrated stuff sac is the tipi material. So anyone who has this has a double layer to play around with. It seems very tough!

Aron (the elkreaper) gave this pack a great workout. In fact he took quite a tumble with a full mountain goat in the pack and the pack came out unscathed. Seems he rolled like 30 ft. with the pack on and came to rest against a log. Pretty good test if you ask me.
