Who's coming? When are you coming and when are you leaving?
This is not registration. You still have to sign up with Angie at the shop.

The Scoutin' Clan will be rolling in Thursday afternoon and heading back north on Sunday after helping clean up.

Can't wait!

I may be able to slip up for a day or two. Depends on how long my scouting trip ends out lasting and how early I have to report to work. We'll see.

Planning to head up Friday night. Too many other problems this year, including two eye surgeries, that take up my days off. And I have to have a couple of weeks of hunting seasons. Bambi would be disappointed if I wasn't out chasing him this fall.

Me and my crew are getting a late start this year due to my eldest having committed himself to a school activity on Thursday. We should be on the road by 2100 Thursday night which should put us there by 0900 Friday morning. That is of course if I don't have to pull over for a nap somewhere along the way. We will be leaving Sunday night or Monday morning depending on when our food runs out.

Maybe sometime Saturday. Overnight looks highly unlikely and even the day trip isn't a high percentage bet. I really would like to see some of you, or at least eat some of your food.

I'm afraid I'm in the sazme boat as CCH; life is conspiring against me. I do want to see you folks and will make every attempt to get up there if only to drop off a case of Old Chub.

flamingo, if you can't make it up there, feel free to drop off the Old Chub at my place. I'll even make you hotdogs. ;)

CCH,

It is my understanding that you have a special delivery to make, that is unless you hog it all for yourself.

I'm planning to take Friday off and come up. If that works out, I'll be there Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If I can't take Friday off, I'll be there Friday evening around 7 PM.

I'll be coming up, maybe Thursday evening, or barring that, Friday evening.

Xander and I will be up Friday late afternoon ish. That Friday is his last day of school and field day for him, so we'll see how all that goes. Plan on leaving Sunday afternoon.

It's official. I'll be up for at least couple of hours on Saturday. I had a choice of that or communal gardening. Oddly enough an association of carnivores won out.

Ozarkrambler, please put the duck on early.

Did all the out of towners work out coolers and such? Mine are still available and it's not too late to get them to someone going up earlier. Just let me know.

Duck and Goose has been brined and is marinating as we speak. What time shall I have it ready for you Sire???

Hey don't forget to bring your Kimber 308, I'm bringing lots of ammo. Hopefully it will shoot well with the stuff I'm bringing for my Scout. I threw that in for anybody who wants to try the forward mounted scope setup first hand.

Good thing you reminded me about the Kimber! I was just going to bring my Buckmark for fun. So far it shoots everything to about the same spot with great to good accuracy so I'll be curious to see what your stuff does.

Think late lunchish. I'm on hobbit time.

I'll be there Friday evening most likely, with a slight possibilty of breakfast time Saturday morning. Looking forward to it, even to the point of delaying the eye operation just so I could be a full participant at the Rondy.

Kevin or Chris,

We need some way to keep food and beverage cold. Could either of you - or some other gracious soul, huck a cooler and a couple extra chairs in the rig for some out of towners?

We are flying into Denver Thursday 4:30ish and arriving with Don later that evening just as soon as we can get up there after a supermarket run, fuel-up and such.

Thanks in advance! Now, back to the reloading room...

Allen:

An ice chest, and a couple of chairs, will be in my garage for you. Not a problem.

Huntsman has directions, and will be coming by to pick them up this morning. Glad to help.

Not sure when Don is going to Kevin's but I'm real close to him and we can throw more of either in the pile if you need them. Just let me know. I'm around all morning.

By the way, I don't have a good number for Don anymore so if someone talks to him, let him know I've got the goods. Thanks!
