View Full Version : Loops inside AG1?

Another dumb question:
There are two loops in an AG1 bag in the interior along the seem between the sides and the back (wall against your back) about in the middle. I have not figured this out yet...

Oh cool bag, of course. I got it with an MMR frame. Haven't fiddled with it yet.The bag has a nice little tag on the top that says "G2"

I haven't seen an AG1 in person, but more than likely the loops are for the quick release buckles on the radio pouch.

Blackfoot is right. Those tab loops are on all the packs for clicking in the SR buckles on the Radio Pouch compression straps.

You and I took the same approach (as Im sure you remember!), and Im waiting on mine still. Talked to them about it yesterday and I cant wait. Got any pics of the setup to help me combat the waiting??

Why use the AG1 with the MMR Frame?

Is it because the AG1 is a panel loader and you don't need the frame of the AG1 because you will not use Armor?

Thats the exact reason. At this point in time, I have no need for armor, but the panel loader is exactly what I need. It seems to be a pretty solid setup.

Yeah I wanted something heavier than my Omni packs. I was looking at a Navigator, but I wanted a cargo hauler. Basically I have a navigator on a cargo hauler. I might have been better off with the Navigator since it would be lighter and I don't really need the load capacity of the MMR frame, but I think the cargo hauler will come in handy.

Sorry for the quality of the pictures. I don't think I'm going to give Military Moron a run for his money anytime soon.

you know you have to many bags.....you should sell me the Marauder :)

What is that to the left of the tri-zip?

I hate to admit that that's only a few of my bags. I need counseling or something :/ My gunsmith wanted to trade some work for my Zulu but I got all stressed out over the thought of letting one of those packs go. I did use it for a week and a half in the Rockies last summer.

The little brown pack is a TAD gear FAST Pack EDC v4. The suspension sure looks suspiciously familiar.

Oh that's technically not a tri-zip, it's a "dragonslayer" (no radio pouch)

Just got the word that mine is shipping out today. Cant wait to give it a run next week. Ive had a few omni packs and then a pointman, but I wanted a larger pack and the frame seems like Ill get some good solid use out of it.
