I've been using this on chicken, steaks, pork and venison for a while. On the beef and venison, I cut the meat into strips about 3/8 inch thick. I prefer to leave it in this marinade for around 24 to 30 hours.
5 pounds of meat
12 oz soy sauce
6 oz sesame oil
1/4 cup sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bundle chopped green onions
1 kiwi diced(optional)
5 oz of orange juice or coke
Sesame seeds if desired
On the steaks I set the grill on high and sear each side for a minute or two. Awesome stuff. I will typically do steaks one night and reuse the marinade for chicken or pork the following night. Got some elk and deer steaks going in later for some company that is coming over and thought I would share this. My family simply loves it.
