Is there a possibility to request for all the buckles, loop loc & triglide to be in Tan colour for the Coyote brown & Desert Tiger Stripe.
Estimated cost for the change of the buckle colour.

You're asking at the wrong ITW Nexus. I bought a few light green fastex buckle, cordlock & D-rings from a guy in Australia.
I bought two models, Fastex NZ Model SR-IM & SR25 TUK, supplied to the Australia Defence Force(ADF).
It is worth checking out mate Fastex New Zealand, no worries /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif

No worries mate, just keep me informed if you are able/unable to get the light green fastex NZ buckle, I have no idea what is the pantone colour code for the buckle.
Hopefully, these light green buckle is used instead of black for the packs in OD, DTS, Coyote brown & woodland camouflage instead of spray painting the buckle in tan http://www.assaultweb.net/ubb/graemlins/082.gif .

I found some at http://www.lowyusa.com/. Their min. order is too much for me to use. http://owfinc.com/ can get these too.
I prefer OD buckles on tan packs and tan buckles on OD packs. This would make it easier to see buckles at night, and throw a little flava' into the mix. /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
Hey guys, on this OD/Tan buckle issue, the short answer is we will not be offering these colors at this time. There are a couple sources that offer OD/Tan plastic hardware, but the problem is that you have to order in large quantities to keep the costs down. But, that's only the begining. So now, you have to order large quantities of 2", 1", and 1 1/2" SR buckles, then the same in common loops, again the same in tension locks, tri-glides, d-rings, etc.. It's still very hard to find ALL this hardware in OD/Tan, so then you have to mix Black hardware with the OD/Tan. So, as you can see, it's quite a process involved for the manufacturer when you're talking about changing colors on all the plastic hardware, on all the products. When you start to see the larger companies like Eagle, Blackhawk, LBT, and the like, offering all their gear with OD/Tan plastic hardware, then you will see availability go up and costs come down. These are the guys that buy plastic hardware in huge quantities, which in turn, allows the distributors to order big dye lots to meet that demand. We will be following this topic closely, and see how it develops. Rest assured though, if the demand for OD/Tan hardware keeps escalating, we will answer the call.

I agree about the high cost of the OD/Tan buckle right now.
I think that the ADF uses a lot of OD buckle for their Auscam pouches. KHS Pro is using Tan buckle for the desert webbing for Keld Close Combat Assault webbing.
You just need a good picture of a SF guy using an Eagle AIII pack with OD/Tan buckles on the cover of a magazine & by the next month everyone wants them in OD/Tan on their pack instead of black SR buckle. http://www.assaultweb.net/ubb/graemlins/053.gif
