Thought some of you might be interested in the new Wiggy's Desert Bag that I recieved today. I wanted a bag with a more durable outer cover and in some type of tan color. I ordered a Desert Bag with a 3ply Supplex outer in tan. The Supplex material is extremely durable and dries quickly when wet. I was afraid that the bag might be noticeably bulkier and heavier with the Supplex, but such is not the case. The bag now actually looks like it's a "desert bag". I called in for this custom order last Wednesday, and received it today, exactly one week later. The standard Desert Bag is $110.00 and Wiggy's only charged me $130.00 for a non-standard one in the 3ply Supplex. If I can get hold of a digital camera, I'll try and post some pics.

Love to see some pics Mell as I have not decided on a bag to go with the Navigator and Scout in COyote I ordered from you. Have ya'll received the coyote colored webbing, etc. you needed to make my items yet? Looking forward to seeing them.
What is wiggy's website address for this item, probably plenty warm for central Texas anytime I would imagine.

Mark:

Wiggy's doesn't offer the Desert Bag with a Supplex outer. It was a special order item. I've personally used my Desert Bag right near freezing temps wearing only polypro underwear. It will easily handle the advertised 40 degree temp rating. Here's the website address: http://www.wiggys.com (http://www.wiggys.com)

Give the shop a call about the Coyote materials. They should be able to answer that. 800-222-6139

I loves my Wiggy's. They are dang fine bags, especially for the money.

I have a black wide/long Super Light in my EMR, and I have a OD wide/long FTRSS in my Navigator.

Wiggy's makes some great products.

Hi Mel,
I have the warm military Wiggy's setup with the Big OD green bag and the lighter balck bag..I wonder if they can make a cover in tan for that bag? It might increase the versatility.
