Has anyone given the Ultralight pullouts any kind of 'torture' testing to see how durable they are compared to he mesh or 420D pullouts?

It is the same fabric as the shelters and tipis....must be pretty durable stuff!

Umpota, I haven't had a chance to do any torture testing myself, but I can say that Patrick has been using an old ultralight pullout for years as his possibles bag. In fact, I always kid him about it when I see him pull it out of his pack, because it's so old and crusty looking. He could just grab a new one, but he says it has sentimental value /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif . I have to say that it is still going strong after years of use, no matter what it looks like.

I got a few of the ultralights recently, and at first I thought no way these things could be as strong as they are reported to be, but they're pretty damn tough. It's like some kind of magical cloth that can't be torn. /images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
